Volunteer for TAFF!
TAFF is looking for enthusiastic volunteers for the 11th edition of the festival, to be held at the Manilla Culture Factory & Art House Turku from August 26–30, 2026
We need volunteers during the festival, as well as a few extra hands before the festival. Shifts are approximately five (5) hours long, and we hope everyone will commit to at least three (3) shifts. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule if needed! In your application, please indicate the days and times that work for you. We offer volunteers a festival pass, one (1) vegan lunch per workday, and insurance coverage for the duration of your shift.
The festival needs all kinds of people and skills, but you don’t need any special expertise or prior experience, as we’ll provide all the guidance you need for the job. There are many different tasks available, so every applicant is sure to find a role they’ll enjoy. You can choose just one volunteer role or participate in multiple roles if you wish. The goal is to keep the shifts relaxed, no one has to work through gritted teeth and dripping with sweat! You can also use the form to let us know if, for example, you’d like to join the same shifts as a friend. Read more about the volunteer tasks below!
